'When She Dropped the Flower' by Don Van Vliet

Some great Beefheart footage, particularly the 'I'm Gonna Booglarize Ya Baby' clip from German TV in '72, can be found here. Also, while you're there, be sure to check out all 10 minutes of 'King Kong' by Mothers of Invention. Killer.

The almighty Revenant Records has released another volume of American Primative entitled Pre-War Revenants (1897-1939). As always, beautiful packaging and great liner notes and essays accompany the two discs of this truly raw music. This is apparently the last work Fahey curated before his death. Revenant has put a few MP3s up, go have a listen.
